1. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Be returned within 2-3 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges only will be provided for eligible items.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
3. How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at wolfwavecloths@gmail.com within 2-3 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, including any provided accessories or freebies.
4. Exchange Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
- If approved, you can choose a replacement item of equal value. If the new item is of higher value, you will need to cover the difference in price.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at wolfwavecloths@gmail.com with photos and details of the defect. We will work with you to replace the item at no additional cost.
